    What are Cookies?

Caffeine, Inc. (“We”) and our third-party partners analyze log file information and other information collected through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies (collectively “Cookies”). Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. They contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive. To learn more about cookies, clear gifs/web beacons and related technologies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org. In this Cookie Policy, we provide information about these Cookies and how to control them. This Cookie Policy should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. Any capitalized terms that are undefined herein have the meaning given to them in the Privacy Policy.

    Why do we use Cookies?

We use Cookies to collect information about your browsing activities (including your browser type, operating system version, domains, IP address, the URL of the page that referred you, referring/exit pages, the different actions your performed, such as page views, how you interact with our Service and with third-party links, traffic and usage trends), and to distinguish you from other users of the Service. This aids your experience when you use the Service and allows us to improve the functionality of the Service.

When you use our Service, we collect certain information by automated means, using technologies such as cookies and browser analysis tools. In many cases, the information we collect using cookies and other tools is used in a non-identifiable way, without any reference to Personal Information. We may use Cookies to make website sign-in and usage more efficient and to tailor your browsing preferences and improve the functionality of our websites. Cookies can be used for performance management, collecting information on how our website is being used for analytics purposes. They can also be used for functionality management, enabling us to make the user’s visit more efficient by, for example, remembering language preferences, passwords and log-in details.

We may also use pixel tags, click-through URLs, and web beacons on our website. These are tiny graphic images placed on web pages or in our emails that allow us to determine whether you have performed a specific action. When you access these pages or open or click an email, the pixel tags and web beacons generate a notice of that action. These tools allow us to measure response to our communications and improve our web pages and promotions.

What types of Cookies do we use?

We use session Cookies to keep you logged in while you use features of our website; these disappear after you close your browser. We also use persistent Cookies, which stay in your browser and allow us to recognize you when you return to the website.

    We use the following Cookies:

    • Strictly Necessary. Some Cookies are strictly necessary to make our websites or apps available to you and you cannot use them without this type of Cookies. For example, we use authentication Cookies to remember that you have logged in for the duration of the session. We use this information to provide you with our Service, prevent misuse, and ensure our websites and apps are working properly.
